Toronto, Canada, August 7, 2009 -- Constellation Software Inc. (“Constellation”) (TSX: CSU) announced today that it has completed, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Jonas Software, (“Jonas”) the acquisition of Compusource Corporation. (“Compusource”) of La Palma, CA. The acquisition of Compusource further strengthens Jonas’ position in the construction market and represents its entry into the Moving & Storage and Metal Service Center verticals.
