Opportunity
Due to exceptional growth and planned further expansion, we are seeking experienced Software Support Representatives to complement our Construction Software Support Team.
Reporting to the Client Services Manager, the core responsibilities of the position are to:
• Troubleshoot Client Issues in a timely manner
• Serve as primary Support liaison between Clients and Jonas
• Keep Clients informed of progression with issues and provide follow up as necessary
• Collaborate with other departments or offices as necessary to expedite resolutions
• Promote and maintain a high quality, professional, service-oriented company image among clients
• Assist with testing of the Construction product
Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year experience in accounting based applications, preferably in the Construction or Service Billing Industries
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Proven ability to problem solve and teach others
• Outstanding communication skills (oral and written)
• Detail oriented
• Proven ability to meet deadlines
• Able to manage multiple priorities
