Dear Steve,

We are a $19,000,000.00 Mechanical Contractor with a concentration on commercial new construction, and a significant service department. In the summer of 1998, we decided to replace our in house accounting system (which we had outgrown) before the Y2K bug bit.

We definitely wanted a completely integrated system for our construction service, maintenance, payroll and accounting. Also, we certainly wanted one that was relatively flexible and user friendly. After talking with other contractors, and checking out references, we chose the Jonas system.

The management of our company can now say that we definitely made a good decision. Over the past ten years, we have used the system for job costing, service dispatch, accounts receivable and payable, inventory, and payroll. I can say that our CPA continues to be very complementary our software choice and its product.

Our Office Manager, Ms Darcella Davis, has attended several User Conferences, and found a friendly atmosphere as users in attendance were happy customers. We look forward to exchanging information with these other folks over the coming years, and appreciate Jonas setting up these events.
