Being the first Georgia HVAC contractor to use your product speaks highly of my initial impressions of your software, corporate office support staff, and local training consultant, Debra Walke. Debra brings an added bonus to the table with her many years of HVAC contracting experience. Simply put, she knows our business!

George Jackson, from your home office, conducted three days of initial training that was very productive and hands on. Later, when we needed the software modified, Steve Ecclestone and his staff delivered the correct product and Debra completed the circle with the training. Also, the enhancement suggestions we’ve needed and the general evolution of the software consistently shows up in the bi-annual updates we have received.

Almost 8 years later, I can say that I do not have any regrets about the Jonas product. Despite a very tight labor market, which has caused more than our usual employee turnover rate, we have grown to a balanced Service and Contracting Company with annual revenues of $8 million. I contribute a portion of this success to the software’s total integration of all my departments and its ability to extract essential management information. Our most favorite and useful tool that the system has to offer is the Report Writer.
