Jonas Client Gateway Login

The Jonas CLIENT GATEWAY provides you with direct access to your Account Details and Status of Cases. You may also create your own case for Support follow-up and request CD’s for Version Update.
Product Updates for the current version are available for you to download when ready. Recently we have enabled you to Download your CD request for existing versions as well. Simply complete a CD Request by logging a Case (or via a Support Representative) for a CD Version Update and we’ll launch it on the website for you to download.
Effective January 1, General Release 12.2 is now being released to Construction Clients. You do not have to Request the 12.2 Version, a CD will be sent to you via General Release processes.
